This has become Dr. McWherter’s personal protocol which he takes at least 4-5 days/week. He believes that it is this protocol is what has kept him going after 45 years of practicing medicine. Supplements

MitoQ: 2 caps/day in the morning

Cell Boost: ½ to 1 stick of powder in the AM, best served in the Energy Health Centre Energy Boost. May repeat 6 hours later (check out my other smoothie options here)

            Energy Health Centre Energy Boosting

                        1 packet Cell Boost Citrus

                        1 Scoop Intest Restore Original

                        1 Scoop Intest Restore Advance

                        1 Scoop of PomCherry

                        Blend with 1 Cup of Ice and 1 Cup of Water

Replete and Restore with Vitamin B6: Start slow with the Replete and Restore taking 1 tablet in the evenings with food and plenty of water. Increase to 2 tablets after 1 week. You will take one Vitamin B6 with each serving of Replete and Restore. You may add a serving of each (1-2 tablets of Replete and Restore and 1 B6) with your noon meal.

Omega 650: 1/day

DHEA and Pregnenolone: As directed by your provider to balance hormones

Diet

Plant-based with adequate protein

Avoid foods with a glycemic index higher than 80

Drink plent of water
